Gold prices in the Egyptian market on early Wednesday have slightly rebounded after incurring two-day lows.
The Twenty-four carat gold is sold for EGP 305.83 in local markets; while the widely-spread in Egypt Twenty-one carat gold is sold for EGP 267.63.
For the 18 carat gold, it is sold on Wednesday for EGP 229.43, representing a dip of EGP 50 compared to Thursday’s levels.
According to initial data released this morning, the gold pound has hit EGP 2141.0; while the silver’s price reached EGP 5.33 per gram.
From his part, Nady Naguib – member of the gold traders chamber – stated that it would be difficult to forecast the commodities prices within the upcoming period amid the state of instability in the global and Egyptian bourses driven by the recent Boston Marathon bombings.
