Egypt’s El Nasr Company for Building and Construction (EGYCO) has finalised two infrastructure projects worth 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.3 million), said its managing director on Monday.
The state-run firm has executed a number of infrastructure works in the new leather city, Al-Robeky, 54km (33.5 miles) east of Cairo, at a cost of 167 million pounds, Osama El Husseiny said.
“We have also implemented utilities works in Beit Al Watan project in New Cairo on a space of 1,200 feddans and at a cost of 250 million pounds,” El Husseiny said.
Beit Al Watan allows Egyptian expatriates to own land plots in their homeland.
