Egypt’s stock market (EGX) closed green on Monday. The main index, EGX30 climbed by 5.26 per cent, to 28,297.17 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 jumped by 3.72 per cent, to 6,403.71 points.
The index, EGX100 index soared by 4.09 per cent, to 9,126.23 points.
The total market cap reached 1,889,495,702,750 Egyptian pounds.
The Egyptians and Arabs were net sellers with 9,886,528,881 Egyptian pounds, and 614,326,127 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, Non-Arab Foreigners transactions were mainly buying with 10,500,855,008 Egyptian pounds.
Top gainers on Monday
The shares of Arab Co. for Asset Management And Development (ACAMD.CA) rose by 19.93 per cent, to close at the price of 0.975 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Misr National Steel – Ataqa (ATQA.CA) climbed by 14.62 per cent, to trade at the price of 3.450 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of E-Finance For Digital and Financial Investments SAE (EFIH.CA) jumped by 11.76 per cent, to the purchasing price of 23.090 Egyptian pounds a share.
Top losers on Monday
The shares of Contact Financial Holding (CNFN.CA) fell by 8.10 per cent, to close at 4.200 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals (MIPH.CA) declined by 6.96 per cent, to close at 225.480 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing (RUBX.CA) dropped by 5.73 per cent, to close at the price of 5.760 Egyptian pounds a share.
