The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) announced that healthcare companies are not entitled to provide medical insurance services to customers except through insurance policies signed with insurance companies which are authorized by EFSA.
EFSA warned in a statement today that it will take the necessary legal procedures against the violators, according to the articles no. 77 and 80 of law no. 10 of 1981.
