Egypt’s Economic Court of Appeals for the second circuit, headed by judge Hussein Muslim has ruled for rejecting the lawsuit which filed by Telecom Egypt’s (TE) (ETEL.CA) Chairman of Board of Directors for restoring EGP 6 million with 4% legal benefits.
