Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty has sold an exclusive penthouse in Dubai’s Marsa Al Arab for $114 million, holding the record for most expensive apartment ever sold in the Dubai real estate market.
The sale was completed by Taieser Al Saati, an executive partner at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, surpassing the sale of a Bulgari Lighthouse apartment, which was sold for $111 million.
“We are immensely proud of this record-breaking achievement, as it reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and our standing as a pioneer in the luxury real estate market,” said George Azar, CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty in UAE.
The Marsa Al Arab penthouse is 24,628 square feet, and features a private pool and 360-degree ocean vistas of Dubai, including Burj Al-Arab Jumeirah, and can be accessed through two private lifts.
