Egypt’s Detac Construction intends to carry out new major projects in Saudi Arabia, represented in building up new airports, business development director Adel Alphonse announced Saturday.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad on Saturday, Alphonse noted that his company is studying the possibility of entering into a partnership with a Saudi alliance in the current phase to implement new projects in the kingdom.
Detac is seeking to form a new alliance so that the company would return carrying out projects outside Egypt, he noted.
He further stated that Detac is targeting boosting its volume of business to 800 million Egyptian pounds (US$105 million) in the coming period. Detac is currently carrying out a number of residential projects in the local market as well as participating in Egypt’s first phase of national road network.
