Egypt’s property developer Concord Real Estate announced on Monday that it has signed a contract to promote Prime Avenue Compound in Hadayek October area in Sixth of October City.
With investments of 700 million Egyptian pounds ($39.1 million), Prime Avenue includes around 51 fully-fledged buildings, the company said.
Concord is set to launch the project’s second phase within the next few days, with payment facilities reaching a timeframe of sixth years and spaces ranging between 85 square metres and 170 square metres.
These spaces vary between apartments and duplexes.
