Egypt’s Catalyst Real Estate Consultancy says it has finalised around 25 percent of its flagship Elegantry in New Cairo, with investments totalling 475 million Egyptian pounds ($26.9 million).
The medical and commercial project, which is established over 5,500 square metres, will include about 400 units.
Osama Shalaby, Catalyst’s chairman, said Sunday his company is developing Elegantry within a timeframe of 18 months.
“We have promoted around 60 percent of the project,” Shalaby further added.
