The Care Plus HealthCare Company entered into negotiations with the Holding Company for Water and Waste Water in Red Sea (HCWW) to manage its healthcare services, said Hesham Maged, chairman of Care Plus Company.
Under the proposed agreement, the healthcare company will assign physicians and provide the company with all healthcare services, in addition to reviewing the applications submitted by customers in 24 hours and entering their data to the company’s website, Maged added. After the negotiations, Care plus will determine the value of the monthly installments which will be paid by HCWW, he noted.
The Care Plus Company earlier signed a contract with Pharaohs Ceramic Group to manage its services provided to its customers, he said, noting that healthcare management companies are allowed to manage the services provided by companies. The Care Plus Company postponed increasing the capital by EGP 2 million to EGP 5 million, until the insurance and healthcare sectors became more stable. The Care Plus Healthcare Company’s has more than 72,000 customers and it targets to increase its customer base by 15% during this year.
