Eng. Mohamed AbdelWahab, Chairman at Cairo Contact Centers Park in Maadi asserted that the global firms expand in the numbers of seats by between 70-80% during the current period.
AbdelWahab has informed Amwal Al Ghad in an exclusive that Call Center, contact Center,Egypt, ECCO Holding expands with 80% in the numbers of customer services seats after Abraaj Group invested in the firm at the last year, noting that Etisal Call Center Co. is currently boosting the numbers of seats with 70%.
He pointed out that the numbers of firms which are currently working to expand its seats and at the top of expansion Raya Holding company which is targeting to inaugurate its new headquarter in Cairo Contact Maadi Park soon so as to serve its portfolio.
He affirmed that the demand on the buildings reached 250% in compared to the offered areas in order to make the best use off usufruct system for 49 years.
Telecom Ministry will finalize this year launching three new buildings, in addition 8 building now so the total number of buildings reached 16.
Egypt’s Post is owning 5 technological buildings in this phase with total investments up EGP300 million, it will provide around 5000 direct job opportunities and 12 thousand indirect job opportunities.
It is schedule to implement the investment phases and to finalize launching 27 new buildings, becoming 38 buildings after completing the investment phases and according to the submitted plan to work with full capacity by 2017.
