BREAKING: Attack downs Electricity Pylon in Egypt’s Media Complex

Two explosions have hit late midnight Egypt’s information and media complex resulting in electricity cuts; the signal was off from many channels like Dream Channels, Sada El Balad, EuroNews, Mehwar among others.

Unknown assailants blew up Tuesday two electricity pylons at the Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC), that feed the Nilesat channels.
Some Nilesat Channels gradually returned their broadcast.
Egypt’s electricity grid has come under frequent attack by unknown assailants targeting electricity substations, towers and circuits in several parts of the country.
