Egypt’s property developer firm, Barons Court Sports and Leisure says it will launch a new phase of its real estate flagship Alex West within the next few days.
Alaa El-Din Salem, Barons Court’s chairman, said Sunday that the project’s total investments are estimated at 50 billion pounds ($2.8 billion), including 15 billion pounds for the residential part and 2 billion pounds for the touristic.
These investments also involve 10 billion pounds for medical services, 2 billion pounds for education, and 500 million pounds for sports as well as some other commercial and administrative projects, Salem further added.
