Al Watany Bank of Egypt (AWB) decided to pay coupon number 31 at EGP 1.50 per share on 6th of June. Shareholders as of 03/06/2012 are entitled to cash dividends distribution.
Coupons are disbursed through centers certified by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry.
Annual General Assembly decided to distribute dividends in cash according to the financial statement position ended on December 31st.
AWB achieved net profit of EGP 225.552 million in 2011, down from EGP 446.988 million in 2010, with a decline of 49.5%.
AWB’s issued capital registered EGP one billion distributed on 100 million shares with a par value of EGP 10 per share.
