Asian markets briefing 20/04/2023

The Asian markets closed mixed on Thursday. The Chinese main index dropped while Japan’s and Hong Kong’s indexes went up.

China’s SSEC lost 3.08 points to close at 3,367.05, decreasing by 0.09 percent.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 rose by 0.18 percent; reaching 28,657.57and gaining 50.81 points.

Hang Seng, Hong Kong’s main index, increased by 0.14. The index gained 29.21 points and reached 20,396.97.
