El Arabia for Investment & Development – (AIND.CA) announced that the company is currently conducting talks to acquire 100 % stake of food trading firm unlisted in the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company added, in a release sent to EGX that, it would disclose all data after finalizing talks.
