Egyptian leading construction firm, Arab Contractors says its first project in the UAE, worth US$32 million, will be ready after a maximum of two years.
AC Chairman Mohsen Salah told Amwal Al Ghad that his company is currently working on the implementation of four 50-floor residential and administrative towers in the UAE, at a cost of US$32 million.
AC began carrying out the infrastructure part of its UAE project, he added.
Moreover, Mohsen referred that AC is giving priority to the Gulf markets in its upcoming overseas expansions. The company is currently carrying out a number of new housing projects in Algeria after it had signed three new contracts to build around 4500 housing units, at a cost of US$180 million.
Arab Contractors has a remarkable presence in 23 Arab and African markets, seizing the lion’s share of Africa’s projects compared to other construction firms.
