Egypt’s Architecture and Planning Group (APG) has concluded Panorama Green Mountain project with total cost worth 600 million Egyptian pounds (US$33.3 million), said Branch Manager Mohamed Hassan Saturday.
Hassan told Amwal Al Ghad that the project is located on a space of 22,000 square metres, including 572 housing units.
The Egyptian official further added that his company is responsible for developing and promoting the project in favor of Arab Contractors Company.
The government should exert efforts to promote Egypt’s importance for attracting new investments within the next period notably local real estate markets, Hassan clarified.
APG was established in Egypt in the late sixties with active presence in the UAE since 1973. APG operates through eight offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain, Doha, Riyadh, Cairo, Alexandria, and Khartoum, Hassan concluded.
