The Union Of Arab Banks’ Annual Arab Banking Conference 2013 has kicked off Thursday morning in Hurghada in cooperation with the Central Bank of Egypt and Federation of Egyptian Banks, to discuss the final legislation issued by the IRS on tax compliance law on U.S. accounts FATCA.
The two-day Annual Arab Banking Conference 2013 will be from April 18 – April 20, 2013.
More than 120 banks officials, experts and leaders are taking part in the UAB’s Hurghada Forum representing 14 Arab states including Wissam Fattouh – Secretary General of Union of Arab Banks; Hisham Okasha – Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE); Gamal Negm – Deputy Governor of the CBE; Muhammad Baasiri – Vice-Governor of the Banque du Liban; and Samir El-Shahed – Sub-Governor Egyptian Money Laundering Combating Unit at CBE.
