Egypt’s leading real estate company Amer Group is planning to begin handing over units in the first phase of Porto Matrouh project in the coming six months.
In a statement to the Egyptian stock exchange on Wednesday, Amer said the project is 338.985 cubic metre, 1078 units were sold in the first half of the year worth EGP 486 million, the first phase is composed of 48 buildings, including 1245 units.
The project is an independent project by the company’s subsidiary, Amer Contracting, and fully owns the land which has installments until December 2016.
The Group’s portfolio includes, but is not limited to, Porto Marina, Porto El Sokhna, Porto New Cairo, Porto Matrouh, Porto Sharm, Porto 6 October, Porto Tartous – Syria, and Porto Agadir – Morocco.
