Amer Group selects Grant Thornton for financial restructuring

Egypt’s Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) announced on Monday, in a statement to the stock exchange, that it hired Grant Thornton Financial advisors represented by Ashraf El Sharkawi, Principal Partner, to provide consulting services for the financial restructuring of the company and its subsidiaries.
