Egypt’s ministry of state for administrative development, jointly with both ministries of tourism and social solidarity, launched a center for communications to provide the instant and updated information for citizens about the governmental services for pilgrims at the current season.
The communication center provides the updated information about the dates of flights, accommodating the pilgrims in Mecca and Madina Munawara for more than 50.000 pilgrims. It also, jointly with the ministry of health, provides information about the accidents or death state.
The center receives the complaints are being submitted by the pilgrims and refers them to the concerned authorities, and follows up till resolving the problems. This is through the contact lines available 24/7 in both ministries of tourism and social industry.
The contact number (19468) receives the complaints of pilgrims daily for the fourth year to serve the pilgrims.
