Manpower Ministry Signs Call Centre Contract

Shaikh Abdullah bin Nasir al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, yesterday signed at the Ministry’s HQs’ a contract for the supply, installation and operation of a call centre with Samatel.

The contract was signed on behalf of the company by its CEO Khalid bin Salim al Mattani. The contract stipulates that the company supply, install and run the Centre with high quality, provide licence for call centre system (CRM), and a mechanism for secure network (VPN) between the ministry’s HQs’ and the Telecommunications Company, providing contact centre database from which to extract the necessary reports.
