OTMT Says Profits Hit EGP 1.4 Bln Since Inception

Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) has reported a net profit of EGP 1.430 billion since the inception of the firm till June 30th, 2012.
Operation revenues hit around EGP 1.021 billion, other revenues reached EGP 4.160 million.
Profits from selling investments to its sister company have amounted to EGP 1.547 billion since the inception till now.

The shareholders equity has reached around EGP 1.321 billion. Minority interest (Non-controlling interest) has hit EGP 108.912 million.

Moreover, basic earnings per share since the inception till June 30th have amounted to EGP 0.25.

Worth mentioning, OTMT issued capital values at EGP 2.203 billion distributed to 5.245 billion in which the par value amounts to EGP 0.42 per share.
