Egypt’s real estate investment firm, Oscar Misr Developments has promoted 30 percent of its mini compound flagship Oscar Planet in New Cairo, said chairman Mohamed Behery on Wednesday.
“We will start delivering units in Oscar Planet project, which is spanning over 1,550 feddans, within three years,” Behery said.
With investments worth 35 million Egyptian pounds ($2 million), the project is set to include around 40 units varying between 118 square metres and 350 square metres, he added.
“The total volume of our investments in the local real estate market stood at 100 million pounds,” Behery said.
Oscar Misr is looking to increase these investments next year, through handing over 30 units in its various projects at the end of the current year, he said.
