Major Pension and Retirement Funds to Convene at the Zimbabwe Investment Funds Forum

Zimbabwean leading socio-economic research and advisory services organisation, MNCapital, a South African based international Investment and Institutional Business Development firm and Africonomie, UK based International investment advisory and communication firm, today announced that a number of leading pension funds and investment institutions will attend the Zimbabwe Pensions and Retirement Funds Investment Forum, scheduled for Troutbeck Inn, Nyanga from the 7th to the 8th August 2012.

Confirmed institutions include: TA Holdings (Zim), African Sun (Zim), RisCura (SA), Selekane Asset Consultants (SA), Independent Actuarial Consultants (SA), Kingdom Bank (Zim), Local Authorities Pension Fund (Zim), Zimbabwe Independent (Zim), Investec Asset Management (SA), AfricaSIF (SA) and will feature experts industry leaders like Bashkar Latchman, Vice President of the Institute of Retirement Fund South Africa, Ms Lindi Moabi, Executive Director, Selekane Asset Consultants South Africa amongst others.

This Forum will provide critical insights into the future of Zimbabwe Pensions and Retirement Funds Investments, also give an opportunity to explore contemporary issues of Fund regulation and management, investment strategies, asset allocation, portfolio risk management, alternative asset classes, environmental social and governance issues (ESG). It will deliver a venue for the business and development community to advance investment programmes, through open networking sessions and dynamic panel discussions led by market leading local and international expects.
