Egypt’s stat-owned El Shams for Housing and Development Company unveils it plans to complete developing the fourth phase of its flagship Gardenia Compound in Sixth of October City within June 2018.
Mahmoud Maghawry, El Shams’ chairman, said Saturday that the fourth phase is with total cost estimated at 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.6 million).
“The fourth phase will witness the implementation of 85 residential buildings,” Maghawry stated, adding that it is to include around 800 units, on spaces ranging between 120 square metres and 250 square metres.
The Egyptian official further referred that El Shams also seeks to launch the semi- furnished fifth phase of Gardenia, which is the company’s biggest projects, within the upcoming period.
“The company targets carrying out a major housing and administrative project in the county’s new capital city,” Maghawry noted.
