Xceed Provides 1200 New Openings in 2012

Xceed Egypt for outsourcing services claims that it will provide 1200 new job openings to meet its customers’ needs on both of local and international levels. So the company, by this strategy, will increase its investments through training the Egyptian youth in order to make them able work in a professional way that emulate the global levels in the field of sourcing.

Dr. Adel Danish, CEO of Xceed Egypt, said the company has achieved success that needed increasing the number of employers to meet the needs of the local market as well the global companies; this resulted in setting the strategy of hiring more than 1200 employers in 2012.

The director of human resources, Hana’a Mustafa, said “Egypt has human powers but they lack training and qualification, and this is what Xceed doing to promote its employers to catch up with global development and changes in the field of sourcing”.

The training has several stages; concerning communications skills, dealing with different cultures and dealing with different customers.
