Egypt’s government should direct its efforts should resort to diversity while issuing lands for investments, in addition it should have a clear vision to empower the real estate developers with knowledge about the available investments opportunities, Ahmed Shalaby, Tatweer Misr Managing Director said Tuesday.
He made those comments during Cityscape Egypt Conference first session inaugurated today at Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski under the rubric of ‘ The Future of Development: Urbanisation, Regeneration and Partnership’.
He added that the government is burdened with utilising the lands however it could use the help of the real estate developers to utilize them, stressing that it could always resort to the general developer idea.
