Golden Park’s Plans for Launching Center Ville: Ian Marsh

Mr. Ian Marsh, the Managing Director of Golden Park Red Sea Resort & Spa, said to Amwal Al Ghad that company is planning for launching their coming residential touristic project in Sahl Hasheesh to be named Center Ville. The project is intended to be a one-million m2 village.

Golden Park is a 5-star residential resort in Hurghada; there are about 1500 units with $50.000 per unit. The capital of Golden Park project values at $75 million.
