Egypt’s La Mirada Project Hit EGP300mn Sales in 2014

Egypt’s La Mirada Real Estate Investment attained EGP300 million sales the proceeds of selling around 300 housing units of the project at the end of the last year, Eng. Shereef Ragheb, director of the project said.

In statements to Amwal Al Ghad, Ragheb added that the first category is the average housing, whose areas range from 200 to 220 m2, it is currently working to deliver 100 other housing units this year within 2015, noting that La Mirada represents the first of the company’s business in New Cairo.

Moreover, the company is looking for obtaining plot with area ranging between 5 to 10 feddans in New Cairo so as to establish commercial mulls by the upcoming period, stressing that La Mirada project will build on an area of 95.000 m2.
