In cooperation with the Suez Canal Bank, the United Bank announced Sunday that it will start selling the investment certificates, designated to fund the new canal alongside the Suez Canal.
Chairman and Managing Director at United Bank Mohamed Ashmawy said his bank desires to be among the four major banks that offering their clients to purchase the Suez Canal Certificates.
United Bank permits purchasing the certificates from its 48 branches which spread across governorates, Ashmawy noted.
Clients and non-clients can buy the certificate by going to the nearest branch to purchase it.
The New certificate of Suez Canal has met with highly demand from the Egyptian citizens as in day-one it achieved EGP6 billion.
