MCS (Mideast Communication Systems) company is negotiating with 6 real estate developers within the ongoing phase in order to add smart homes services to new units in the residential compounds which will be established during the upcoming period.
The smart home services became Competitive advantage for developers to add to the newly created units refusing to disclose the names of the developers until the completion of the contract with them,Amr Farouk, Managing Director at MCS added.
MCS implemented several projects in three residential units, at the top ‘Oriental Weavers Complex’ in Katameya-Egypt, expecting that the demand rates will witness a highly boosting in the upcoming period.
