Court Delays Appeal against TMG’S Madinaty Deal Till January 28

The Supreme Administrative Court adjourned today the hearing of an appeal lodged by Hamdy El Fakharany against the new sale contract for flagship development Madinaty till January 28.
The contract had been sealed by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG) (TMGH.CA).

Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) stock climbed during Tuesday trading by 2.39% to reach EGP 5.19; its highest price since September 30, 2012.
