Hollande: Evidence Shows Assad Responsible for Chemical Attacks

French President Francois Hollande said that “body of evidence” points to Syrian President Bashar Assad as the one responsible for the chemical attack in the outskirts of Damascus last week.

The French president also demanded that the Syrian regime will allow free access and without any delay to UN inspectors to locations where it is claimed there has been use of chemical weapons.
