SODIC Secures Construction Permits for Eastown in New Cairo

SODIC (OCDI.CA) announced that it obtained the construction permits for the first phases of its Eastown project in New Cairo, enabling construction to commence this month.

Eastown is meticulously planned as a mixed-use city centre offering premium residential, retail and office space, with the first phases launched in May 2013. SOREAL – a 100% SODIC owned company and the owner of Eastown –intends to invest over 3 billion EGP in the project over the course of the next three years, creating over 4000 job opportunities.
