Mobile Phone Services Affected After Ousting Morsi

Telecommunication services have affected in the completion of calls and voice clarity after moments of  the Egyptian Armed Forces speech concerning the announcement of ousting Mohamed Morsi, Egypt’s President, the Egyptian army chief Abdel Fatah al-Sissi announced in a statement  aired at 8:30 p.m. Cairo time (06:30 GMT) a new interim administration headed by the country’s Constitutional Court Head, Adli Mansour, who shall form a strong consensus government and supervise new elections to write down a new constitution and to choose a new head of state.

Mobile Phone operators have denied cutting services on  Mohamed Morsi supporters squares such as Rabaa El Adaweya Sq. , El Tayaran Street Nasr City, El Nahda square and around Cairo University asserting that the services affected on these regions due to pressure on the network after the announcement.

Some sites said the telecommunication services have interrupted on Morsi’s supporters after the announcement of ousting, in conjunction with encrypting certain channels such as Egypt25 a mouthpiece for Freedom and Justice Party , El Rahma, El Hafiz and Amjad.
