Orascom Telecom: Technical Defect Raises Djezzy Subscribers to 1.4 mln

Orascom Telecom (ORTE.CA) announced that it discovered a technical defect in Orascom Telecom Algeria’s (Djezzy) information systems, which leads to raising its subscribers initially by 1.4 million.

The company added, in a release sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that, the company is working to estimate the final impact of this defect.

OT pointed out that, this increase in subscribers’ number doesn’t affect Djezzy’s income.
