HP Software Enterprise is seeking to offer more job opportunities for the Egyptian youth through boosting its investments in the country, Egypt’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Minister said on Friday.
Minister Atef Helmy has met with George Kadifa, the Executive Vice President of HP Software which pledged to create more job opportunities for the Egyptian youth through increasing its investments.
HP also vowed that Egypt will be its African base for technical support and software development. Kadifa has explained that the Egyptian youth will be able to develop technical support and software development industries.
Furthermore, the Egyptian minister has called HP’s officials for paying more attention to the societal services in the country, notably the remote and marginalized areas and to the children with special needs.
Helmy further noted that the main axis is to get the best benefit from the global HP’s expertise through sending specialists and experts so as to know more about the techniques of developing the governmental services, reducing costs, increasing productivity, saving time and eventually creating an integrated community in order to offer the citizen the finest services.
