Egyptian public, private sectors off on Apr 25 marking Sinai Liberation

Egyptians working in both public and private sectors will enjoy a paid holiday on Thursday, April 25th, 2024, in celebration of Sinai Liberation Day, a Cabinet statement said on Thursday.

This decision reflects the government’s desire to honour the sacrifices made to liberate Sinai and its appreciation for all workers who contribute to Egypt’s development.
