Maadi Central Is Not Insured: Sources At Misr Insurance

Maadi Central Telephone Exchange, which caught fire two times in 12 hours last Wednesday, is not insured, said sources at Misr Insurance Company.

Telecom Egypt has informed Misr Insurance Company that the Maadi Central was set on fire last week, and asked for benefit, sources added. Afterwards, the insurance company discovered that Maadi Central is not insured.

Misr Insurance Company signed an insurance contract worth EGP 6 billion after competing with Egyptian Takaful (Non-life) and Arab Orient Takaful Insurance.
