U.S. markets finished mixed according to the recent closing prices, as the Mexico IPC index gained 0.44 percent, while the United States S&P 500 index eased by 0.21 percent.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased by 0.43 percent to close at 29,134.99, while Nasdaq Composite increased by 0.25 percent to record 10,829.5.
Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) Volatility index closed the session with the highest gain by 4.57 percent.
While, the Brazilian stock index – BOVESPA records the biggest loss as it fell down by 0.68 percent to reach the level of 108,376.35.
Santiago index – IPSA rose slightly by 0.04 percent to end the trading session at 5,180.64 and Mexico’s index – IPC added 55,436.05 points or 0.44 percent.
