Egypt’s stock exchange’s (EGX) indexes ended higher on Monday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index slightly rising 0.07 percent to 10,309 points.
The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) went up 0.51 percent to 2,278 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped increased 0.33 percent to 12,773 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 added 0.50 percent to 3,216 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 fell 0.15 percent to 2,192 points.

The country’s market capitalisation has on Monday incurred losses worth 107 million Egyptian pounds ($6.8 million), ending the trading at 655.838 billion pounds buoyed by Arab investors’ buying appetite.
