Libra Capital, part of Cairo-based infrastructure investment firm Enara Group, said on Wednesday it signed an agreement for a 200 million Egyptian pound ($12.7 million) long-term loan from the Arab African International Bank (AAIB).
The ten-year term loan will be used for financing Libra’s projects related to the development, construction, and operation of solar power plants, the company added in a statement.
