by Administrator

The amount of debts owned by the government to Fujitsu for computers and technological infrastructure has reached about EGP 30 million.

Hany Hamza, Unit Sales Manager at Fujitsu, stated that Fujitsu has frequently addressed the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, demanding their dues at governmental bodies, noting that both sides were unresponsive.

He added in statements to Amwal Al Ghad that the previous period will generally witness a decline in the volume of the market due to the decreased rate of the government’s expenditures on the information technology sector.

On his part, Minister of Communications and Information Technology pointed out that the Ministry will hold a number of meetings with the cabinet for resolving the problems facing the companies working in that sectors; most notably, their dues at the government.
